I'm not exactly overweight anymore, but she probably feels like she is ugly, (although she probably isn't ugly LOL) and is embarrassed about it perhaps. She may not have gotten a boyfriend in a while, and that could have made her think it was her weight that was the problem, and she may be made fun of. Whatever the problem, she is probably feeling very down about it and she needs some emotional support. You might even try recommending her this site for her weight. I wish you and her luck ^_^
