Thanks. Nice to know someone thinks I'm helpful ^_^ But the technical way you lose weight is by burning more calories than you take in. So that method would probably work, but just remember you must burn more than you eat. And by the way healthy diet, according to experts, should have a one or two snacks between meals to keep your energy up. Good luck ^_^
