if you want to lose wieght yous should watch your intake. substitute unhealthy foods like ice cream for sherbert or yogurt........things like that make all the diffence. NO COKES. instead have unsweetened tea or lemon water. finally excercise. i do 15 min. cardio (elliptical) then 30-45 weight training on machines then end with 10 min on elliptical or cardio. stretch and i'm done. it seems like a lot but even when you don't lose lbss. you lose inches and remember LEAN MUSCLE BURNS FAT. so girls should weight train too.
