you could loose 4 pounds if u loose 3 pounds a week all u have to do is cut what u eat in half drink a lot of water eat a lot of fruit and vegies do 50 crunches or more a day do some leg lifts on ur side and on ur back and u walk ride bike swim that sort of stuff you may start to so u may not loose a lot but u wont have a big stomach after a few weeks cause it will ge flatter and u will have muscle so i guess it is good. more info email me at sweetie1855@msn.com or im me on aim at lilislander07 thanx
