Hey, i can honestly relate to what u have right now. I used to be the same way. I dont know of any over night or fast solutions, but i do know a way to get rid of them. What i did was cut back with things in my diet i didnt think i needed, but still kept a balanced and healthy diet. Record ur eating habbits on paper and add up calories and stuff. Another important part to gettin rid of those love handles is excerise. More then just running which works ur cardio and helps get rid of calories but by doing sit ups and specalising in ur stomach. Using weights is important, and to increase them often it helps to get rid and tone, and even after a week ull notice a difference that ur stomach will be stronger. It'll take a while to get totally rid of those love handles, but after reps and reps ull soon have those rock hard abs. Its important tho to incorperate a good diet because u could have those rock hard abs already underneath that winter jacket. I found the only way was to diet and now i have a nice flat stomach and still working on it. Eliminate all the times ur sitting down and when u are hold that stomach in, ull get tired but it'll get stronger and easiar.
