you could loose 3 pounds a week like i do and be down to 140 in like 28.3 weeks. All you have to do is cut down your portions in half try drinking a cup of water before u eat. and do 50 situps a night and once that doesnt hurt raise it by time and then do leg lifts that is when u lay on ur back all straightened out and ift your legs do like 20 and drink a lot of water all the time dont eat a lot of junk and go for walks swim ride bike and you will loose that weight in no time. you can email me at sweetie1855@msn.com for more advice and to be a diet buddy with me and you can im me at lilislander07 or imakillyou14 on aol/aim
