Stop skipping the meals; like Cynthia said, it will make you gain weight. Once you eat less than 1,200 calories per day you go into "starvation mode" where almost all of your food you eat is absorbed as fat. And breakfast is the most important meal because if people don't eat breakfast, studies show people are so hungry they will eat too much at lunch. And if you're short on time grab a granola bar or cereal bar or apple or something quick and eat it on your way. No soda is even better than diet; even though it has less calories and aspartame (sugar substitute), regular water is better used and absorbed by the body than water in something else like soda. Even though the soda is diet, it still has calories. (Except maybe ONE which has one calorie, hence the name). And just incase you're wondering why some people "can't stop drinking soda", it's because caffeine is addictive. People even get headaches if they stop drinking coffee. So take Stephanie's advice and cut down slowly if you can't stop drinking soda. I used to have caffeine addiction problems too, so you aren't alone. Good luck ^_^
