| Reply from sarah, Age 14 - 7/16/03 - IP#: 63.229.200.xxx bigbb-c11133 Hey i lost 3 pounds last week and all i did was cut my portions in half not eat all that junk do 50 sit ups a night some leg lifts go on walks bike rides swimming and you will loose 3 pounds a week and in 5 weeks u can loose 15 pounds and then in 18 weeks u can loose 54 pounds but that might be to much pounds cuz u r lighter then me i am 175 |
