take fiber vitimans (they work miracles) and drink a lot off water. just keep a bottle of water w\ u. eat lots of bread, 6-9 servings and eat fruit and\or vegtables @ everymeal, in fact, eat fruits as a snack or have a salad, most of the time ur really not hungry, hungry is when ur stomach has a nawing feeling, the best thing to do, is to go to bed w\ that nawing feeling(don't eat anything 3-4 hours befor you go to bed) u can still eat junk, but eat less of it and where that junk was eat something healthy!!!! then ur eating the same amount, with less of he unhealthy stuff, remember not to forget that chiken, and tuna are great foods, you can have all that other stuff too, but try to eat more of chiken\tuna salad, walk every mourning every other day, and walk the other days at night, plus eat less at dinner and more at lunch, and try if u can to walk every day after lunch!!!!!!!and go a little farther every day(except @night) good luck and if u can't walk try crunches, 1 more everyday. ;)
