| Reply from Cary, Age 17 - 6/8/03 - IP#: 64.12.96.xxx bigbb-c9961 when you have cravings or when your not satisfied eat any type of vegetable because it doesnt compleatly break down in your system so you can eate as much as you want of any vegetable and drink lots of water some people say add lemon jucie to it but i dont recomend that because you can actualy gain weight by adding it well thats all the tips i have and 1 quick ? how did you lose 100lb and how long did it take or did you have help by any diet pill |
