| Reply from tessa, Age 13 - 6/5/03 - IP#: 24.243.153.xxx bigbb-c9904 hey, yeah, ok, this is what i do, i walk everyother day. if i don't want to i say you can't wear those jeans. try when u drink water, add a spoonful of sugar or a little lemon juice. i swear it works, try to do one thing one day, then somthing different, make a pattern of exercise, if you can still walk, then you can exercise, it is the only way you can do it with out putting ur health a t risk. |
