Drink a lot of water! If you find yourself snacking on unhealthy foods, like I did, try to find a healthy food to snack on. I would talk to your parents too. They can be a big help! My mom hasn't bought any cookies/chips for over a month now, so when I go into the cupboards, there is nothing "good" to eat, except for fruits and veggies. Good luck! |
