Instead of having crazy diets that u can't possibly keep up until august have a nice simple one. Say. . . 30 minutes hard exersice 3-4 times a week and eating healthy food (pasta, lean meat, fruit and veg) with 1-2 solid good meals a day. Instead of having snacks eat a good brekkie. And it will be much easier to keep it up. If u have a crazy fad diet as soon as you stop or give up u will get all the weight back. Get into good habits that aren't to hard to follow and get stuck in them.
