Katie if u want to lose weight it does take time. Just eat healthy and drink tonz of water! I eat 3 meals including breakfast make sure u eat it ! do Cardio everyday running,Jumping jacks,swimming,and do weight trainnin 3 tiems a week an u will lose weight
