rite ok , drink only water , if you dont like it then flavored waters ok . if you drink alot ok coke and stuff then cut out as much as posible if you really dont like water make a milkshake from fruit and ice cream or milk ! coke and soft drinks > not only does it give you spots it rots your teeth and makes you put on weight ! dont eat loads off cakes and salt or sugared stuff or vinegar ! eat a steady amount of carbs and you should be fine! it will be hard to do all this at once , its better if you set goals , like by the end of the 1st month i will only be drinking water , ... ect
