I am overweight myself and I sometimes wish that I could be thinner (I am not too concerned about the actual weight number) I just want to look good. I, myself am tall (5'11) so it does not really show that much, but anyone who would look at me would notice that I am a bit chubby looking. Lately, I have been exercising. Every morning, I walk to school and home from school. Walking is one of the best exercises your body can get, so after dinner or whenever you are bored, go for a walk and enjoy the great outdoors! Before you go to bed, do some situps and pushups. I do that and it feels great. I sometimes use the "Health Walker" (You stand on it and walk in the air - also known as an "Air Walker") and that is a great way. If you do have that machine, I suggest you use it. There is no need for expensive machines or equipment to do exercise, but if you want, you could sign up to a local Gym. That is another good way to stay in shape. What's even better is when you join with a friend. Whatever you decide to do, good luck and if you work hard enough, then you can achieve anything! Good Luck! Remember that losing weight is not easy and that it takes time to achieve it in a healthy way, but just stick to your goals and you will be fine! |
