All you have to do is crunches start easy and portion your food like my schedule: Wake up eat toast and gits Total calories : 150 At school gym: Calorie loss:130 Lunch : pack ur lunch Caprison Sandwich and Salad Total calories 400 and in a regular pizza at school there is 600 calories so avoid cafeteria food!
