Cut back on junk food and stick to more healthier items (Fruit, Vegetables, Milk.....) Drink lots of water and don't forget the most important thing: EXERCISE! Walk to school, walk to places instead of sitting at home and watching TV. Summer is almost here and the weather is great, so take your bike and ride it around the block a couple of times. Run, jog, walk places and enjoy the nice hot weather! Don't waste a perfectly good summer staying indoors, go out and enjoy yourself! Good luck!
