TES THE FIRST THING TO LOOSE WEIGHT IS TO HAVE A POSITIVE ATTITUDE! AND HERE IS A LITTLE TIP DONT LOOSE WEIGHT FOR ANYBODY ELSE BUT FOR YOURSELF!!!!!!! AND YOU ARE 12 AND YOU PROBLY STILL HAVE BABY FAT. AND ONCE AGAIN YOUR 12 GOING ON A DIET AT YOUR AGE WILL SCREW UP UR FUTURE!! SO MAYBE YOU EAT A LITTLE TOO MUCH, TRY TO CUT DOWN ON EATING SO MUCH, AND TRY NOT TO EAT AFTER LIKE 6:00 PM AND DONT DRINK SODA...IT GIVE YOU LOVE HANDLES!!! HOPE THIS HELPED
