hmmm....... it seemslike u are going through alot! and u r immobile? thats alot of pressure but all you have to do is replace fatty foods with water or fruits and in a week u will see that u lost about 2 pds, and thats a good start and then the next week start exersisng for 20 mins 3 times a week and you will start noticing changes i promise (but only if you do whut u r told! but if u cheat you wont see those results) Cynthia - I KNOW YOU CAN DO IT! ...... its up to YOU!
