| Reply from April, Age 14 - 5/21/03 - IP#: 152.163.252.xxx bigbb-c9561 Sylvia, on this site there is a "wieght calculator" which sically calculates a health body weight for you after you enter in your height and current weight. 30lbs in six weeks is an awesome goal but in order to do that yo will have to work hard and putyourself n your ow personal boot camp. (ha ha) What I mean is you cannot eat junk food. you have to force yourself not to have cravings by avoiding kitchens, other people with food, and carrying a lot of money (lol again...so you won't spend it on food when you are out)However if you MUST eat something that is snack-like go for not-fat, low cal foods like fruits, yogurt, vegetables, and follo serving sizes on things like crackers. It's WLL be difficlt but if you try and really wan it, then you will be successful. DON'T GIVE UP! |
