At night I tend to weigh about 3 pounds more than in the morning before breakfast. It also depends on if you just ate or not. To see if you really changed in weight, weigh yourself at the same time every day, wearing the same thing. It is best to get up and before you get changed and eat breakfast, weigh yourself with no clothes on. |
