Your mom is verbally abusing you, this sounds like serious problem, especially beacuse she has altered your thinking, It is a good possibility that she is doing this to feel good about herself, I suggest you feel brave enough to confront her about it, and if she still does not lay-off I suggest you take matters into your own hands and tell a school counsler, they can get help for you and your mom.
