NEVER skip breakfast, it gets your metabolism started so you can't lose weight unles you eat breakfast 2. W-A-T-E-R drink a lot of it, if temporarily fills oyu up so you wont eat as much and its great if u r tryin 2 lose weight 3. eating veggies and things like that is great. but remeber not 2 have over the serving size of them..or anything, they are only healthy until you eat too many of them, and the nutritional value won't be accurat unless you eat the serving size good luck!! email me if you want at groovygals123@yahoo.com |
