I would say about a hundred pounds, but take it in small steps. Plan to lose, say ten pounds or so each month. Exercise, but take it slow so you don't hurt yourself. Try eating less, but DON'T starve, and eat lots of fruits and veggies, and maybe wheat bread instead of white? What also helped me was to cut my sugar down. Good luck!
