That's a lot to take on, and I am sure you'd be very let down once June arrived and you hadn't reached tat goal. (It's nearly impossible). What I would do is set a smaller, more reasonable goal. For example, to lose 5 pounds by the end of the month, or 2 pounds by the end of next week. Every so often, you could reset goals for yourself, depending on how you reach or don't reach your previous goals. Losing the weigh you want will be much easier and less stressful if you have realistic goals, and in no time, maybe not June or even July, but sooner than you think, you'll reach your goal |
