Doing TaeBo for two weeks won't give you the results you want unless you're looking to tone up one certaina rea or lose about a pound. TaeBo is something yo really have to commit to 100 percent and work hard to get the results you want. I've been doing TaeBo since I was 12 on and off, and just this past year have really been getting back into it, especially the advanced workouts. Two weeks really won't do it for anyone. The only real way to get what you want and keep it is to work hard for a long time, and try your best every day. :)
