I think grilled cheese in kind of in the middle. Bread is healthy for you definitly. Butter isn't very healthy. Cheese may have calories but it has calcium. A lot of people don't eat cheese because of the calories but it has calcium. I think you should still eat grilled cheese but only once or twice a week. Hope this helps! - Jill
