You let everyone get to you 120 was a great for you and what you should do is try to keep yourself busy with crafts and stuff so you aren't bored. Also Cut you food servings in half and only eat half. Also excerise like for an hour in a half every day It really helps! Trust me I was 189lbs before I went on this site and I got motavation to do what other people are doing I am now down to 167. I lost 22lbs in 2 weeks doing what I told Just keep it up and you have pounds coming off like you wouldn't belive it. Oh ya DRINK LOTS AND LOTS OF WATER! I do flavor water because it tastes good but it makes me more thirsty when i drink it so it makes it so i drink more of it or I drink pure water after a boadle of that. Don't let anyone dicourage you you will just gain more weight and like if you eat breakfast and are still hungrey eat fruits not junky food but try not to more then what a serving of you type should be ok.
