I went on a no sugar no bread and no soda's diet I drank only water and walked 45 minutes daily. and lost 20 pounds and went from a size 8 to 2. I know it sounds like a whole lot. but it works it also will get rid of acne. or you could try Atkins I know people who have lost over 70 pounds. whatever you do don't eat after 6:00. Priscilla
