Hey, I lost 20 pounds and went from a size 8 to 2 by cutting out sugar, bread, and soda I drank only water. and walked 45 minutes daily. you can have ground turkey chicken sugar free Jell-O and pudding. fruits, and vegetables. a research study found that by getting off of sugary sodas you can lose 20 pounds in only 1 year. also try not eating after 6:00.
