If the fingers overlap you have a small bone structure; they touch, medium; they don't touch, large. This can actually be important to determining a healthy weight. It can differ on what is the healthy weight for someone who has a small bone structure to a medium or large one. It can even differ in a matter of 20-40 lbs. You can probably get this checked out on the web; In fact I have found a web page just for that: http://www.healthatoz.com/healthatoz/Atoz/tl/cl/healthyweight/healthyweight.jsp It's a calculator to find your (about average) healthy weight based on height and overlapping your fingers on your wrist. You probably don't need to lose anything so don't worry, ok? ^_^ |
