Hey I have an idea that I got from somebody else and am passing it along to you it is called the lilsweet plan. What you do is you cut your portions in half, don't buy or hide the junk food, drink a lot of water (it will fill you up so you aren't eating as much), Do 50 sit ups a night and some leglifts, go for walks, go swimming, ride your bike, and those type of things. If you do this then you could loose like 2-3 a week maybe even more. I wouldnt count on looseing a lot because if you do you may just gain it back. So if you loose 3 pounds a week by the end of July you could loose 20 pounds if you start the lilsweet plan today.
