Once you get a little healthier you may wish to try running a little, but staying walking is fine too. You may find this site interesting, although I don't know how accurate it is. --> http://www.fitresource.com/Fitness/CalBurn.htm Keep in mind one pound is approximately 3,500 calories, and the recommended amount of weight to lose in a week is 2-3 pounds (no more, no less!). I've seen people recommmend just excersising 30 min. three times a week. Walking isn't the moat tiring excersise, however, so you may wish to do it once a day. Whatever you feel is needed, and don't under or overdo yoursself. Good luck. ^_^ |
