I play soccer and at first I was losing weight..then I got stuck and gained a few. I thought it was because of what I was eating but it wasn't!! I look at my legs now and see how toned they are. You've just gained some muscle. It's a GOOD thing!! If you do crave something try this. Write it down on a peice of paper and put it in a jar. Everytime you crave something do this. Then pick a day..1 DAY, and pick out the craving from the jar. Only do it once a week though!! Make sure the craving isn't like a whole tub of icecream though!!
