Just so you dont gain any more weight I would eat heaslthy and do some sort of excercise once a day or something walk to the park swim and eat fruits and vegetables and drink a lot of water and maybe cut ur portions in half at meals when u eat the meat and bread but vegetables and fruit eat as much get low fat salad dressing and have your parents hide the candy from u then once a week have some sort of candy nd break it in half and save one half for another day cuz that way it isnt a diet that u may not get sick from for more help email me at sweetie1855@msn.com and I can give u more advice |
