Hey!! If you want some tips on how to loose weight here are some that have worked for me.... 1)Swim!!! Swimming burnes 9 cal. a minute as opposed to running which only burns 3 a minute. 2)Eat healthy!!! If you have sugar cravings eat fruit. But not alot, becasue sugar is bad for you if ou eat to much of it. 3)Stay active!!! Even if you have no where to run, swim etc. just jump around dance in your room to music.
