hey I know what your sister is going through I go though it to I am 14 and I wiegh 178 I need to loose weight so I can be healthy and be a regular teenager. Alot of my friends don't have to worry about there weight because they have high matabolisms. Mine is low so I have to eat right and make myself excercise. I cry because I am fat and want to be normal to so if your sistr likes to talk online then maybe me and her can be weight loss buddies and we can help each other out. because I know if have someone to talk to I wouldnt be as fat I think I have minor depression and that makes me eat a lot and the doctor tells me I have a big appetite and eat more then I should.
