| Reply from megan, Age 17 - 7/3/03 - IP#: 68.116.79.xxx bigbb_258-c10765 hi i know a very good exercise that takes the fat right off...jump roping! it is very east..just get a jumprope and jump out side or in your garage..i do it every morning...remember that just 10 min. or jump roping burns more than 100 calories..if you jump for 40 minutes with tiny breaks...you will lose the weight fast..and just remember to snack on lots of fruit and veggies with low fat ranch...and alot of fiber...no candy..bad..bad! well let me know how the jump roping is going! mhbaby88@hotmail.com |
