It adds stress to you and makes you think that you'll never lose the weight. Here's a couple things you can do: first, look yourself in the mirror everyday and tell yourself that you are capable of losing weight if you really want to. (It's 50% mental/50% physical)Second, keep a journal to keep a record of what you eat, how you feel, and keep a weigh-in page...pick one day out of the entire week...let's say Wednesday, okay? So, every Wednesday, you weigh yourself in the morning before you eat or drink anything. Write that down in your journal. Don't weigh yourself until the next Wednesday and then keep repeating. Walking is the simplist exercise, so try walking for 20 minutes three days a week or more. Oh, and drink lots of water. Hope that helps. |
