i replyed to your message before but im not sure if it got sent or not so im guna write it again- I know exactly where your coming from. Ive been through what you're going through and i think its awesome youve come to look for help. Im still complaining about myself. I have low self esteem and im ALWAYS self-conscious. Im alwys worried about how big my butt is or how flabby my ars are. and honestly, im not gunna sit here and tell you to eat healthy and excercise becuz its easier said than done. When a person is trying to lose weight the LAST thing they wanna hear is something theyve been hearing their whole life- like excercise and eat right.
