It is impossible and unhealthy to stick to. Eat fruits and vegetables. Also make sure you get in a good amount of lean meats. Eat foods with a lot of fiber because they will fill you up faster. Some people will tell you to eat low fat, but you need fat so cut back but don't omit it. The key is to eat everything in moderation. Try to eat every few (2-3 hours) to keep your metabolism going.
