hey i feel the same, tho i am not THAT overweight,i no how u feel! but i have been looking at a BUNCH of sites, i get this great advice from www.pioneerthinking.com on weight loss! a bunch of people said that drinking a glass of water 15-20 min before eating a meal will fill you up, so in turn u wont eat a lot but just enough!hope this helps, i am going to try it!
