I am about your hight and my goal is 130 pounds. I remember being 130 pounds and I looked great. I am however older than you so I guess it is up to your descretion. Just remember that you can start your goals small. Try losing just 10 percent of your weight first. It is easier to acheive small goals first and then look at bigger goals. Losing weight is like trial and error, you have to see what works for you and what doesn't. The answers to weight loss is all around you. You need water, healthy foods, and exercise. It is as simple as that. Once you decide to do it there should be nothing stoping you from reaching your goals. The best thing about weight loss is that the next day is a fresh start. It doesn't matter what bad things you have done to gain weight in the past, today is a brand new day that has never been touched. So make today the day you start! |
