i weigh close to what you weigh. i am 165 and also unhappy about my weight. my sister is not overweight and she is teaching me how to stop my cravings and to eat right. i started gaining alot of weight in 3rd grade and ever since then, i just couldn't stop eating!!! my mom and sister motivated me to exercise and when i got hungry, i chewed on ice and that helped alot. maybe you should try it. if you want to get back to me, you can reach me at sweetiepie29403@yahoo.com. good luck!!!
