| Reply from nicole, Age 14 - 6/21/03 - IP#: 216.148.246.xxx bigbb_252-c10395 first of all u arent the fattest person in the world, second of all every workout routine is hard to start. its great that u play sports every week and eat right!! whenever u snack in between meals, eat some veggies like carrots or some celery; if u dont like those kind of veggies have some strawberries or bananas or an apple. for ur lunch or dinner have a salad with a glass of water. i know when my parents went on diets they drank A LOT of water and they lost quite a bit of weight. and in the mean time if u dont wanna get caught with what u call blubbber where a t-shirt over ur bathing suit. well i wish u luck in what ever diet plan u choose. |
