You need to exercise. Healthy eating and exercise is the ONLY way to successfully and healthily lose weight. It's not that hard: swimming is even an exercise. Do something you like, like swimming or walking, every day for at least 15 minutes. Take your dog for a walk, or your little brother and sister...Exercising isn't as hard as it sounds. You'll do fine. -J
