| Reply from manda, Age 15 - 6/18/03 - IP#: 172.142.229.xxx bigbb-c10217 uhm...there's pretty much subsitutes for meat everywhere. I eat Boca Burgers, there's 13g of fiber, plus it's low in fat. They also have a lot of other products that I haven't tried. I also eat plain bagels they have a lot of protein, and small amounts of low fat peanut butter, or peanuts, because they have a ton of fiber too. Uhm...oatmeal is good. I believe you only need 40g of fiber a day, when the average american gets like 90g. Be careful if you do become a veggie (which i think is great! :)) That you get all your vitamins.
