Chew sugar free gum or suck on sugar free hard candies. 3. Do something else to keep your mind off of eating (clean, exercise, etc.) 4. Drink green tea (it's filling and boosts your metabolism). 5. Chew on crushed ice (although it's probably not good for your teeth). 6. Take deep breaths. 7. Just think about how losing weight will feel, etc. or your goals. |
