Where fat collects on people has nothing to do with what food it is but each indivdual. some people get big butts some large bellies and other wide thighs (and so on). All that matters is your overall body fat. To get rid of stomach fat you need to do cardio (which helps everywhere) or if you have a small stomach but want to tone up then you can do ab muscle building moves which will only help once you lose weight (otherwise it could actually make your stomach appear larger). |
